Thanks for the welcome. You are quite right, they missed TWO days on TIXX and a spot check on COBT shows the same problem. IMAN, a missing first day. This is chronic, I remember this very issue from quite a long time ago, and apparently they could care less. Frankly, I am not amused, and dislike paying money for incomplete data. I will be calling Worden about this and lets see what they say.
