had a look at the anonymizer, it's a good example of what I was saying about using CGI, below is a section of HTML code which you could cut and past into a new file, which allows you to use the anonymizer service without logging onto their webpage, you just open the HTML file from your hard drive, or if you have a custom start page stored on your HDD anyway (which I do) you could just copy the section in between the <FORM> tags and paste it into your own start page.
I realise I might be aiming above some peoples heads, I can explain a bit better if needed. The only reason you would use this is if you a) don't like logging onto their page because it takes a while to load, b) have a custom start page, which you wish to be able to send your anon email from or c) you're nerdy like me, and feel tricky having gizmos like this on your computer hehe.
