John, just my two cents worth. The WSJ had artcles on the settlement. You should look at them. The prediction is $60 per share. Think about the settlement. It will cost MO $.50 per pack. Probably no sweat passing this on the the consumer who probably should pay for it in the first place. Then with all of the regulation there are horrible barriers to entry by newbies. Finally, lack of advertising probably means MO won't have to spend to retain market share. All in all it looks like a pretty sweet deat. IMHO.
