VAUGHN, I spoke with Chris this afternoon in San Francisco. Your questions are answered below:

Please ask Chris:

1. How many drills will be allocated to the Yamba play early next year?

(One drill, 15 targets.)

2. What precautions SUF will take against early ice out and drill breakdowns?

(It's in God's hands, but some targets are on land. Starting in March.)

3. What the 2000 Yamba exploration budget will be?

(C$800,000)

Vaughn, you also asked something about a new web site?

(Company is just now talking with the technicians. No solid plans yet.)

I also learned the JV with Crystallex will be active again in January to include identifying targets after which time, drilling will commence using KRY drills from their San Gregorio. KRY does not presently need those rigs, and, if I understand correctly, all three drills will be mobilized. The property, however remains low priority and, KRY is fronting the expenses.

Things are improving at Luo and Camafuca. The fissure off the M-1 pipe looks promising. I asked about new targets on Klipsringer, and didn't get a clear answer as to anything we didn't know already. In other words, no new discoveries.

I'm going back to the conference tomorrow afternoon. I'll be able to check e-mail until late morning on Monday in case you have anymore questions.

Best regards,

VP
