My comparison to SFTW is very simple, not a complex analysis, from a stock trading perspective--that here is an extremely small (doing about $1 MM per quarter gross revenues at a glance) early stage software company, no earnings to date, whose stock is in the right place at the right time to get recognized by momentum players. I have followed and owned SBAS for about three years now...it is very close to break even, has a stellar list of clients for a company its size, a very real product, and is, and has been for some time, in my eyes a real company (I'm using "real" in the sense of low risk compared to its $4MM annual revenues counterparts).

IMHO, SBAS's time is coming to be recognized as a momentum stock...by all appearances they have the proven product plus added "sizzle" with OA to turn into a real growth story.

Just an observation, more from my interest as a trader than a long term investor (I'm both--hold SBAS shares presently for both purposes).
