Re Quicken Credit Card "horror story" -- Bit, I'm glad your new password worked. Mine, alas, has been screwed up a second time and I am currently "locked out" of my own account. And to add injury to insult, Travelers has discontinued tech support for Quicken over their toll-free number. This is new in the last week, I'm told. I have to call a toll line in Delaware tomorrow to plead with them to fix the problem they have created.

And now this -- Quicken's web site says the new Quicken credit card passwords WILL NOT WORK WITH THE PIN VAULT. You will have to entere your password manually every time. Imagine that -- the only password that won't work with a Quicken pin vault is a Quicken credit card. What a situation.
