Lola ... Let's see here ... PEAR / 10-20-99 Helmut Wyzisk, a Director, has taken the post of Chairman of the Board. ITHL / Helmut Wyzisk, Chairman & President of Innovative Holdings & Technologies, Inc., Connected to ICHG also but at least got rid of Mr. Big DOg and a new acquisition ... However good old Big Dog ran ITHL and killed a lot of people. .30 - $1.00 - .17. Hmmm ... interesting wouldn;t you say.
