Captain Jack, I would actually prefer to see MSFT reaching settlement with the DOJ and soar to 100! Then I can buy some cheap insurance to protect my equity ( just in case the deal does fall through the crack) and remain worry free regardless of how the merger turns out! If the merger is approved, then I will be a happy man, but if the merger falls through, then I recover my equity.
