Andy, My experience has been that when any of these companies are in trouble they simply say nothing. We are at about bid .02 and ask .03 so after the RS we will be at .20 and .30, of course for every 1,000 shares you had you will only have 100 and then without anything from management we will slide back to .02 and .o3 and that will be less than zero because it will cost more to sell than the shares are worth. Then management will give themselves more shares and i am sure they will not loose anything. Paunch
