Yeah, and the company they are buying, Siara, doesn't have any product. But there is this rumour that they are developing something: 08:37 ET Redback Networks Inc. (RBAK) 136 1/2: Maker of equipment to manage computer traffic on high-speed DSL announced it has agreed to merge with privately-held Siara Systems in stock transaction valued at $4.3 bln; Siara Sys has not yet launched any products but is said to be developing equipment to help telecom cos more efficiently start, stop and manage Internet services, such as security- and remote-software programs
