They invented the art. 1) Invest a few million in a small tech company 2) Use your power on the board of a big public company (Amazon, for example) to force a purchase of the small company at a ridiculous price, even though that small company has no revenues or product or any reason to be purchased. 3) Get rich quick. 4) Repeat if desired.
