Re: The judicial process I don't believe that logic follows. The Supreme Court is very protective of its prerogatives and traditions and will not be bullied into serving anyone else's political agenda. Due process exists precisely to prevent this sort of politicization of the courts. As far as private lawsuits go, I expect them to be treated as the transparent attempts at legal extortion that they so obviously are. They are an irrelevant sideshow.
