FGH Historical Data (since merger of FGI/HLX)

chart.yahoo.com

I have posted this link because a very large amount of the information currently being presented on the Internet is in error, out of date and/or misleading. Most of the charts like the one on quicken merely made a symbol change from "FGI" to "FGH" consequently the charts DO NOT include HLX assets or other vital information. The merger resulted in a company over twice as large as the "FORMER" FGI (Friede Goldman, Intl).

FGH Fundamentals(believed to be accurate, but no guarantee):

Shares Outstanding (basic): 39.817m shares (from proxy)
Market Cap @9: $358.353m
Trail Twelve Months (ttw) EPS thru 3Q/99: $.75
Concensus EPS Estimates: 4Q/99-$.17 FY/00 - $.86
quicken.com
Trading Range since merger: Lo - 8 7/8 Hi - 10 7/8
Work Backlog (9/30/99): $731.5m
Book Value: $7.38
P/E (ttm): 12 P/E (FY/00 Est. Earnings): 10.47*

*Note: FY/00 earnings and/or estimated earnings are likely to be revised upward over the coming year, since major FGH customers are currently reviewing CAPX and increasing these budgets from 10% to 30% (my guesstimate) over this years levels.
