Manfred, according to this press release by International Launch Services ilslaunch.com , the Kazakh-imposed ban on Proton launches from Baikonur will be lifted as soon as the final report from the Russian State Failure Commission is presented to the Russian Government. No way to get a good estimate on when that will be. The Proton manifest doesn't show a date for launch even if Florida Today does. ilslaunch.com There are a number of payloads waiting for Proton launches and when launches resume several of them are likely to be scheduled ahead of CD Radio. I think the delay will cost Sirius money and IMHO is more important than the name change that seems to occupy everyones attention on the CDRD threads of other services. Thanks for the reply.
