I have heard from the company that the FDA has accepted their application. Which means that the approval process is on track with a possible panel meeting in July to August. Expedited review could mean the product is out by early 1998.

As of the close today IDPH ($16 1/4) was worth a whopping $350 million by the market's rationale. They have nearly $75 million in cash.

There are obviously a lot of sellers of this stock. But fundamentally the company is intact and the drug is approvable.
