Hi Joe, We were on our Backup feed for a period of time this am. The backup feed is not as robust as the Primary feed. Bids/Asks may be sporadic on this feed. We are currently upgrading the Backup feeds to be equivalent to the primary. We are now on the primary feed again. If you call our Tech support at 800-465-4300 and press 1 for service they can correct them for you. Thanks Carole NAQ.com
