Interesting article. No one seems to add value to NN for cash on hand, value of stake in other companies or technology waiting (possibly) in the wings.

My thoughts:

1. Terry AND the BOD will not even sniff at U.S. $33.

2. Interested parties are scared ****less that admission of interest will drive price skyward.

3. There are multiple interested parties currently involved in very private deliberations. I doubt that any company "spokespersons" are in the loop.

4. Most likely timing for a deal, IMO, is late December - late January period.

5. Actual value of any deal will cause Rob Mac to use the word "insane" when offering his view.
