HellQat: I find myself in agreement with you as it relates to VLNC initial p.o.'s, etc.. Still, now the case proceeds to the next level. And that is, it is now the prosecutions job to prove to a judge, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that all the claimants say is true.
It should be interesting. If nothing else VLNC continues to be at the heart of controversy, eh? No wonder management is so closed mouth about things. Course, the longer VLNC prolongs this action, and the more p.o.'s they can produce....well, perhaps it weakens in direct proportion the prosecutions case? If so, then me thinks it's in the prosecutions interests to move this case along as speedily as legal wrangling allows, and VLNC's attorneys job to make prosecution jump through every legal "hoop" along the way.
Hmmmmm......I wonder if it'd be better all 'round just to settle and move on?
Guess we'll just have to wait and see...Ohh, one thing, though. This news DOES settle, for me anyway, the reason for today's morning down-draft....Market's never like any mention of legal tussels, unless it's to state the tussel is over....
Regards!
