I think NASDAQ is outproforming the oldline industries because growth is there. I think people figure if the Interest rates go up and dollar goes down and growth remains solid the TECH's are the best bet. The companies like QCOM, NT LU, NOK have explosive growth, and Interest rates. They are also exporters. Do not forget the growth in US WILL slow in relative terms to Japan and Europe.
