Does EDIG's reference design for portable digital players lose its value (competitive advantage) with every passing month? Aren't other companies working on new and improved player designs that offer multi-codecs? Wouldn't LU be happy to have ePAC offered by other player manufactures even if it did not include the EDIG reference design? Is ePAC restricted to only EDIG reference designs?
