*AV*-- Not too sure about this company since there are very few barriers to entry. It replaces a Pitney Bowes machine but not the scales that would be needed for packages.

This is a tough one, even though it is moving up right now. The concept is fantastic when you conisder the long lines at the Post Office for mass mailings and the cost to lease the Pitney Bowes machines or other stamp machines.

I like the convenience of ESTM and the way you pay for it. It ties in with the "WAVX-type" of metering payments off the Internet.

The real kicker for this stock is market acceptance since you pay a premium for the service, above the normal cost of the stamp. as A consumer, I would use ESTM in a pinch, when I ran out of stamps, to tide me over.

As A business, I would rather keep costs low by getting bulk rates for mass mailings.

Obviously this is a touchy subject outside of my field of expertise and core competence. My first instinct is to back any Internet related business since the market seems to want to embrace these companies, regardless of their financials. In this case, ESTM does show a good deal of promise for profitability when compared with some of the deadweight in the sector. My overriding instinct is that ESTM does not fit the criteria for a decent addition to my portfolio. This does not make it a bad investment but rather I choose to pass on the opportunity.
