Dear Doc and all: Can anyone explain to me what "G-Lite" is and how or who I would call to find if its available in my area? I plan to get a new computer next year and noticed that you can get a G-Lite modem or whatever with speeds up to 28 times faster then optimal functioning 56k modem. I have a 56k modem its US ROBOTICS and YET I only get maximum 28.8k speed. Too far from phone switching station or whatever its called. Cable in my area is unreliable, going down a lot, and plus I hear its not that great, maybe 30% faster. JDN
