I would be interested in getting reactions to PSDI's publication of Q2 results (today). Looks like the problem with earnings can be attributed to a surge in operating expenses that was not matched by a similar incerase in software revenue. Looks like they invested heavily in marketing and product development, but have yet to see the results in terms of software revenue growth. One wonders whether this reflects a deeper competitive problem, or just a lag between marketing outflow and revenue inflow that was exacerbated by the well known softness in Europe?

On the positive side, the balance sheet got stronger still this quarter. The company is sitting on $53 million in cash and securities and has virtually no long term debt. That's over $5 a share in cash for a $13 stock!
