ICAB is bottom here, it will do the same as KOREA did, better company here is why, Meril Lynch back up:
KOREA 1998 Sales (mil.): $7.5
KOREA 1998 Net Inc. (mil.): -$6.4

ICAB 1998 Sales (mil.): $195.5
ICAB 1998 Net Inc. (mil.): -$92.9

ICAB is in Hong Kong (better market)

"i-CABLE Communications is both cable TV company and ISP. Hong Kong's main provider of pay-TV service, the company delivers cable TV, which it launched in 1993, to more than 430,000 customers. It also provides dial-up Internet access over phone lines to more than 70,000 subscribers. It plans to roll out high-speed cable modem Internet access (up to 10 Mbps) as it upgrades its network, replacing microwave radio technology with hybrid fiber-coaxial cable. Wharf, a subsidiary of Wheelock & Company, owns i-CABLE and plans to retain more than 80% of the firm following i-CABLE's IPO."
