Down 5 points today, this is so exciting. Just think of ATHM as having moved from 5 5/8 to 5 1/8. No big deal really considering the amount of runup we have had. Yawn. I'll not be surprised to see ATHM in the mid 40's by the end of the week. 47-48 should be a good place to start nibbling again. Long term view- remember? Eric
