The other thing to understand is ClickChoice's technology.

Does anybody realize that their technology will be used to send data real-time to the sites in which their users are visiting? These sites will be paying a fee for this Consumer Intelligence portion of their new business. The way I understand it, this would be not unlike (and you'll recognize this from our shareholder meeting in August, CC) - Nielsen//NetRatings (http://www.nielsen-netratings.com/press_releases/pr_032298_launch.htm).

From ClickChoice.com:

"ClickChoice provides consumers with free software that enhances the value and relevance of the Internet, as a means of gathering demographic data that is sold and delivered in real-time to marketers for targeted online marketing."

Their free software, myFilter, is provided "in exchange for demographic information, which we use to build a Targeted Marketing Information (TMI) database." ClickChoice's myFilter will be available in December 1999.

I presume that it is Net Shepherd's technology that not only was key in the development of myFilter, but that it would provide a real-time advantage over ACNielsen.
