I am not a technician, but I am looking at the chart. The stock started it's decline from 4 13/16 on March 7th. I called CFO on March 21st to ask for reason. My post 521. Stock bottomed April 1st at about 3 5/8. Large volume on April 2nd. Climbed steeply to about 4 1/2 on April 6th. "Sued" post here April 8th. I was wondering if the suit was already discounted on April 8th. Conventional wisdom is that a stock only discounts something once. Somebody else on this thread already pointed out the insiders and big money knew about the possibility prior to the filing.
