anyone interested in a stock? i believe that cree is very close to announcing a SiC microwave product. 2 curs who attended the meeting a few weeks ago..believe the announcement is imminent. i also kinow that cree purchased a wideband patent about 2 months ago. i just read this...and am wondering if they are related. individualinvestor.com@NEWS-P1&ticker=CSCO&news=CSCO edit...here is the story Cisco to unveil plans for wireless technology-WSJ NEW YORK, Nov 29 (Reuters) - Cisco Systems Inc., <CSCO.O> the world's biggest maker of computer networking equipment, plans to unveil on Wednesday plans to provide wireless technology for both voice telephone service and Internet accesss, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday. The fixed, or nonmobile, wireless technology would be an alternative to high-speed digital telephone lines and cable television Internet modems. The briefing will offer the first details of plans after an announcement last month by Cisco, Motorola Inc. <MOT.N> and other equipment makers that said they would create a format to send data over microwave frequencies, the report said.
