Besides, look at his article again. I was being rather selective in my benchmarks. Athlon beats Pentium III in most of the benchmarks that Anand tested with, if only by a very small margin.>> Ten, you know I don't have a strong tech background so its not possible to argue it out with you. Besides I am more concerned that the Athlon makes $ for AMD than win all these benchmarks. Having said that I willing to concede that on certain benchmarks the PIII beats the Athlon so long as you are willing to concede that the Athlon is THE FASTEST CHIP IN ALL THE LAND!!! :~) ted
