I went back this long weekend and reread the Stephens report issued in June. It is terrific reading, especially in light of the events which have occurred since that time (TV Guide merger, further international licensing, etc.).
Anyone who has not read this report, should do so. It answers a number of product/distribution questions and serves as an excellent primer to the Genstar story.
