K.Martin, I did not see that annoucement but it would be interesting to know who did buy the stake. RR probably does have his own interests in mind. I just think that the lower it goes, the more trouble we are going to have. Also, you have to consider that there are two sides to this deal and who is to say that PDP shareholders will approve. Is that company largely owned by one person or not?? I still believe that the merger will not go through because of stock price. Oh forget to tell you it has been 6 days now of under $5. Bryan
