NOBLE CHINA CORP: Catic Pacus Abandons Appeal / November 29, 1999 NOBLE CHINA INC ("NMO-T;NCNAF-L") - Catic-Pacus Abandons Appeal Noble China Inc. announced that CATIC-Pacus Investment Corporation, Ltd ("Catic-Pacus") has agreed to abandon its appeal from the judgment of the Ontario Court (General Division) dated March 30, 1999, which dismissed the application by Catic-Pacus for an order requiring Noble to issue to it 5,442,263 common shares, being the number of common shares the Company cancelled in 1998 following the arbitration award against Noble's former Chairman.
