Perhaps, but I think he is not as sick as many of us want to believe. I think he is well aware of his generally deceptive manner of being. He has lied for so long and with such frequency that the act, complete with the lip thing he does, now comes to him naturally.

Looking backward now with the benefit of hindsight, I see it is veritably impossible that a man like Ken Starr could have ever given Clinton what he deserves. Starr is too honest and cherishes the edifice of our law too much to be able to contort his mind such that it might anticipate the actions of a reprobate like Clinton. Only another Clinton will ever nail Clinton, and that is precisely what will happen. Bill Clinton's life is now his punishment, and living a life with no conscience is punishment of the most brutal kind. It will come to him how pathetic and wasteful a thing was his empty life of deception. Then he will die. A gigantic pity.
