Allen W: Your assumption is wrong. I have several bibles, a concordance, a greek dictionary, and other texts as well. I am pretty well versed on the usual end of the world prophecy... As for prophecy, I am sure you believe so. Others might have a differing view point. Did you know that at the turn of the century at 1899 to 1900, there were many christians pronouncing doom, just as many as today? It was then end of the world back then too. Do you forget the original christians thought jesus was coming back within their life times? Do you not know there have been dozens of times in history where christians have been sure the end was near. Do you realize how many times you people have been wrong? But they all believed just as strongly as you do and had the same scripture to use as you do. Ever heard of the boy who cried wolf? No offense, But your interpretation of what you read is very subjective.
