A rank amateur, I. With some questions...

If these two *should* merge or one buy out the other, what would that mean to the stock? Up? Down?

Better for SEXI or better for ADGI?

What happens to stock in the "bought-out" company? Would we be stockholders in the buyer co? At what price? Same as the old company?

Of course, it's all just a rumor, but it's good to be prepared for possibilities.

I would appeciate your "read" on these things. Thanks.
