otc to nasdaq - can someone explain the process to me?
Does anyone know what the process will be for an OTC stock to be listed on the NASDAQ and how this will affect the present OTC stock shares? Will they be automatically converted to NASDAQ shares? Also, does the company have to go through and initial public offering before they can be listed or do they just have to apply for it?
