JAB announces filing of year end audit and form 10K, expects to maintain fully reporting OTC BB status
ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 1999--J.A.B. International Inc. (OTCBB: JABI - news) has worldwide mining operations in the Central African Republic (CAR), Honduras, and Northern California.
JAB's chairman & chief executive officer Jefferson Adams Bootes Monday announced that the company is finishing their yearly audit and expects to file their 10K as soon as possible.
The delay was caused due to incomplete financial information when the company merged with Brush Creek earlier this year.
JABI has recently been featured on the cover of The OPPORTUNIST Magazine, Investors TV news Magazine a nationally syndicated TV show, and also on the Odyssey channel, a nationally syndicated cable channel.
