Mike,
if you are looking to capitalize on the b2b section of the internet exclusively then you might want to buy IGGE which is an internet incubator specializing in b2b companies. But be prepared to pay for it. market cap last time I checked was like 18Billion. If you want to by b2b with a kicker than buy SFe which owns about 30% of ICGE but also has other internet investments.
