De pilo pendet is Latin for "we've reached the critical stage". At this point they must reverse split the stock and pay the price of failing to get any cash flow from Alberta despite plenty of time to do so. They must also get the test well done one way or the other but that takes capital which it seems to me they may need to raise but there are too many shares out for them to raise it. Thus they have to reverse split it. The loss of the technical team is a big blow and puts this on the critical list..not enough cash and now the loss of the geologic team. Time has been working against them for awhile and I sold my position at .15 Cdn when the treasury reached a critical level. I was very excited by Safari with 6 million shares out and this truly spectacular resource and the possibility that Epic would bear the dilution up front. However now the situation is different and Harwell has won the bet. Still while there is life there is hope and after a split I would consider buying back in if the next geologic team can present a plan that makes sense. Just having the goods is no good if the game is not played properly. At the time I started following SIR it was around 30 cents and the other company I was following at the time was NUKE which hit 1.80 bid on the close today. The were the same price back when the game began. SIR had a chance to drill one hole and reveal the energy supply for the Seattle area. What happened to the time? I have not lost hope completely because the gas is STILL there and still very valuable but the company needs to be restructured, refinanced and a scientific team reassembled before I would buy it again.
