BK, I can not refute your first paragraph.
I have read quite a few of your posts, and am aware of, what you say, are your intentions.Perhaps, you did me a favor, in that, you just strengthened the beliefs I already had. I do consider it a strange way of being strengthened, though.
You, evidently have reasons for having left the Faith, which IMO may, or may not, be sound. One of the problems I have, is that you say nothing of the reasons you feel you were driven away. I have shared the reasons I left, many years ago, and had hoped you would do the same.
I have, several times, told you that I did not share the bigotry, and wrongful acts, done by some people claiming to be Christians. I still maintain that they are NOT, truly, Christians. At least, not the kind I associate with.
I am, sometimes, combative but, will not apologize for that. It is in my nature, and in other times, and other places, it has served me well. TD |
