I'd think we'll see 28 w/in 2 days...if not by the end of the week.
I'm not into TA, but I like to play it at an amateur level....and it's been effective for getting me in and out at some pretty good moments.
Based on the charts, I think CPQ is following a upward cycle that should take us to 28 soon. I would think that once that happens, some people will begin to run for cover...which could push it up to 29/30.
Call me an optimist.
