Look at this chart of HMSC's collapse:

HMSC had a market cap of about $125 M at its peak in February 1997. It was a shortsellers' favorite, because the product was based on bad science, and the company had weak finances. By late 1998, the stock had fallen 99%. Then they ceased operations.

COII today has a humongous marketcap of $305 M, and its finances are in even worse shape than HMSC's were at its peak.

In my opinion, it is merely a more-overvalued play on the same bad science than HMSC was at its peak.
