Why would DSCM want to buy PCS? I don't see what would be in it for DSCM. DSCM needs RADs relationships with PBMs. BTW, it looks like DSCM and PLRX share prices are diverging. I suspect that DSCM is ahead of PLRX in setting up EDI with physician groups. I wonder if this is the explanation for the behavior of the stock prices. Any ideas? Best Regards, Tom
