Heather, just this moment, in order to verify your findings, I went over to RB and I'm getting full screens within 2 to 4 seconds consistently, and I'm using a V.90 dialup modem which for some reason is only registering at about 28 kb/s, now. Under five seconds seems fast to me for a fully painted screen, but then again I don't have cablemodem. Please quantify your experience on the RB board in terms of seconds, if you don't mind. Frank

ps - it's picking up here on SI too, a little, as the morning nears, btw. I'm now getting in the realm of 5 to 8, 9 seconds on SI, which is a far cry better than the twenty or more seconds I was seeing earlier.
