Sorry Rich, I have to disagree. Success at this juncture is absolutely irrelevant to whether VLNC fraudulently misled investors by announcing a $100 million contract with MOT in 1993.

Yes, Rich, I am no lawyer. But you should really give some thought to what you are saying before you ridicule somebody else. Because you just claimed the plaintiffs must prove "beyond doubt that the company knew beyond a doubt that there would be problems after the signing of the initial Motorola contract."

If you knew anything about the law whatsoever, you would know that plaintiffs in a civil case only have to prove their case with a preponderance of the evidence, not "beyond a doubt."

You sir, are certainly no lawyer.
