Sorry, Larry, the caveats were all outlined in SEC filings AND in the fine print of the PR regarding the Motorola contract in '94: namely, that there were indeed CONDITIONS on the PO, regarding acceptance of the cells. So it was never presented to investors that the PO was a 'done deal.'

Further, the investment in the factory, which is now bearing fruit, indicates their effort was not 'fraudulent.'

Care to estimate how many of these internet stocks will go bankrupt and leave their shareholders penniless? Why don't you go after the REAL scam stocks of our age, the genuine 'get rich quick' schemes, which have value only so long as there is 'another greater fool to buy the stock at a higher price?' Valence is a genuine, honest entity, bringing to market an extremely technologically challenging product... after years of setbacks.

The plaintiffs are SOBs who should get a life. End of subject.
