AVNR anyone care for a discussion on Avanir Docosanol drug. It has recently received Approvable status from FDA for OTC market and still under $2. FDA reversed itself on 11/1 after company and shareholders went after FDA Ombudsman and up the command chain. This reversal event is unheard of. You may want to know what's going with the company at this point.

1) Bridge loan for $1.5M should be completed this week. However there will be no PR for this. Look at the volume for today and you'll see they're snapping up cheap shares. I'm not sure about this from latest event where company did not update their web site on this info. They may not need it at all if we have completed the partnership deal and there's cash up front for us.

2) Partnership negotiation. There are total of 8 pharma companies are in discussion right now. Proposals are made and should be wrapped up by 1/2000.

3) Site autditing should be completed by end of December.

4) Labeling agreement should be completed by 1/2000.

5) Official FDA approval status should be in 1/2000. After site auditing and labeling agreement are completed.

6) Relisting on NASDAQ requires $4/shr and $4M in the bank. I think they will get relisted in 2/2000.

7) Product on the shelves and revenue stream will happen in summer 2000.

Good luck to all.
