Most always when a company does a PP overseas , the price always seems to drop on this side of the pond,if no news is coming very soon expect the price to drop even further,which creates a perfect buying opp.even though .13 not bad,now that its below the PP of .15 I see .11 very soon good time to average down , but are we not suppose to average up ,if one has got a winner , LOL
