INTEGRITYMUSIC.COM RECEIVES EXCELLENT RATING FROM E-COMMERCE RESEARCHER BIZRATE
MOBILE, Ala., Nov 29, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Integrity Incorporated (Nasdaq: ITGR) said its online store (www.integritymusic.com) received one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings issued by BizRate.com, an independent, third-party e-commerce research firm.

Integrity, the only Christian music company to participate in BizRate's survey process, joins ranks with other online music stores operating e-commerce sites such as CDNow, CD Universe and Tower Records. Integrity was ranked within the top seven of all e-commerce music sites in BizRate's survey as of November 29, 1999.

BizRate carries out satisfaction surveys as customers exit online stores and assigns rankings of one to five stars, with five stars being the highest. BizRate's survey of Integrity's customers gave integritymusic.com the outstanding rank of four and one half stars.

"We set out to devise a first-class Web site to give our customers the best possible Web shopping experience and to reflect the quality that always has been a hallmark of Integrity, in our products as well as in how we distribute products to our customers," said P. Michael Coleman, Integrity's chairman, president and chief executive officer. "To have a well-respected, independent company like BizRate give integritymusic.com such a high rating is confirmation that we're moving in the right direction with this newest means of reaching customers and expanding our market."

Coleman said that Integrity will continue to upgrade its online presence and deploy new customer service initiatives to ensure that customers routinely experience excellent service through its e-commerce initiative. "The feedback we receive as part of our ongoing relationship with BizRate will be invaluable in this effort," Coleman noted.

BizRate has been described as the first "people's portal to e-commerce," a service that continuously collects information from customers as they buy from Web sites and thereby helps customers buy online, measures changes in customer satisfaction and studies customer experience to better understand how to serve the needs of online customers. BizRate's e-commerce research reports can be accessed at www.bizrate.com along with a consumer-rated shopping guide.

The two-part BizRate survey process first asks customers to rank online stores on such attributes as ease of navigation within the site, accurate product descriptions and sales policy explanations. It then follows up after customers receive their purchases to determine whether products met customer expectations based on the Web site sales copy and to determine overall satisfaction with the method of shipment and billing. BizRate reported a 97 percent on-time delivery rating for Integrity.
