Bomb, if you are holding OTC stock and the company goes to the Nasdaq, your shares will be automatically Nasdaq shares. The process can be found at their web site. otcbb.com No IPO is needed. BTW, I have three stocks that I have believed can make it to the Nasdaq from the OTC. QTEK, SETO & RTIN. The process is has been long and will be longer, but I believe patience pays! Happy investing!
